Serving Clients in the State of Texas

Mission:

Irene Zucker

We are dedicated to helping our disputing clients resolve differences by providing a "safe" atmosphere that is conducive to communication and dialogue between and among the parties. We take great care in providing the parties with the confidence, neutrality and trust they expect from an experienced, Professional Mediator.

We feel strongly that with our Neutral Mediator's guidance through the Mediation Process, the parties can then communicate their perspectives and concerns about the dispute. This dialogue offers the opportunity for the parties to create their own bilateral, collaborative solution to the dispute. This solution is brought about by the parties themselves without judgment or advice from the Neutral Mediator.
